Maude is an AI Operations Assistant who also automates a motor carrier’s hiring process, which includes creating job ads, collecting applications, running workflows, distributing information packets, sending follow-ups, and keeping everything organized so you do not have to chase paperwork. She even generates DQF docs automatically.

No. She saves them time and trouble by taking the repetitive stuff off their plate so they can focus on the parts of the operation that actually need a human.
Is this only for big carriers?
No. Maude is built for small and mid sized fleets who want to automate their driver operations. Even if you only hire a few drivers a month, the process is still a pain. Especially if you run on paper where it can take 40 hours or more to fill a driving position.
What is the catch on pricing?
There isn’t one. In exchange for honest feedback, we are offering “friends & family” pricing. There are no setup fees. Pricing is unit based. Unit cost depends on a carrier’s commitment. If you commit to stay for 3 years, you’ll get a 50% discount as a Thank You.

Maude has an AI integrated DOT Application as well as AI forms for interview evaluations, road tests, PSPs, Pre-employment exemptions, and DQF documents. You will save a ton of time.
