What does Maude actually do?
Maude is an AI Operations Assistant who also automates a motor carrier’s hiring process, which includes creating job ads, collecting applications, running workflows, distributing information packets, sending follow-ups, and keeping everything organized so you do not have to chase paperwork. She even generates DQF docs automatically.

Does Maude help drivers?
Maude will correspond with drivers, but she is built to help motor carriers. For drivers, we designed a special AI Agent named Diane. She helps them land dream jobs.
Does Maude replace office staff?
No. She saves them time and trouble by taking the repetitive stuff off their plate so they can focus on the parts of the operation that actually need a human.
Is this only for big carriers?
No. Maude is built for small and mid sized fleets who want to automate their driver operations. Even if you only hire a few drivers a month, the process is still a pain. Especially if you run on paper where it can take 40 hours or more to fill a driving position.
What is the catch on pricing?
There isn’t one. There are no setup fees. Pricing is unit based. Unit cost starts at $100 before discounts. Discounts are based on a carrier’s commitment. If you commit to stay for 3 years, you’ll get a 50% discount as a Thank You.
How fast is setup?
About 10 minutes for someone with a knowledge of your operations.
How tech oriented is the setup?
You might want the ability to create new company email addresses, but otherwise no tech skills are required. Maude sends DQF documents and general correspondence via email. If you can use email, you can use Maude.
What if we still use paper DOT apps?
Maude has an AI integrated DOT Application as well as AI forms for interview evaluations, road tests, PSPs, Pre-employment exemptions, and DQF documents. You will save a ton of time.
How tech oriented do I need to be to use Maude?
Not very. Maude will send tasks to your Tasks/Workflow Inbox and email you a link. If you can use email, you have the skills to use Maude.
Can I accidentally hire the wrong person?
No. Every candidate gets approved twice – once by your job manager, once by you. And even then, YOU edit the final offer letter.
What if I need to reschedule an interview?
Maude is simple to use. Rescheduling an interview is a 1-click process.
