Operating out of Omaha, Nebraska, our private, asset-based company is looking for dedicated drivers who are ready to grow and make a difference on the road.
**Position Details:**
– **Job Title:** Truck Driver
– **Location:** Tampa, Florida
– **Employment Type:** Full Time, W2
– **Start Date:** November 17, 2025
– **Compensation:** $34.00/hour
– **Work Hours:** Local routes; avg. 1,500 miles/week
– **Work Environment:** No-touch freight; drive among the Southeast’s beautiful landscapes and vibrant communities.
– **Job Length:** TBD
– **Required Age:** Minimum 25 years old
**Who We’re Looking For:**
– **Minimum Experience:** 5 years with a typical expanse of at least 500,000 miles
– **Must Have Experience:** Handling Tractor Trailers, driving in Rain, navigating Ports, executing Blind Backing
– **Nice to Have Experience:** Operating Box Trucks, working in rail yards, and experience with forklifts or skid steers
– **Required Endorsements:** Doubles/Triples
– **Driver Class Required:** Class A
– **Trucking Type:** Local
– **Region:** Predominantly within the Southeast
**Expectations & Requirements:**
– **Exclusions:** DUI and reckless violations are not accepted, but felonies and job hops are considered.
– **Accident & Violation Threshold:** Maximum of 2 accidents and 3 violations
– **Felony-Friendly:** Yes, we believe in second chances!
