As an **Asset-Based Private Interstate Carrier**, ADS hauls a variety of products including general freight, intermodal containers, grain, and more. With 123 trucks and a robust team of 456 drivers, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and workplace culture centered around integrity and hard work.
**What We Offer:**
– **Competitive Pay**: $33.00 per hour
– **Consistent Work Schedule**: Full-time W2 with no fluctuation in weekly miles (1,500 avg. weekly miles), ensuring stability and predictability.

**Driver Requirements:**
– **Minimum 5 years of experience** and 500,000 miles on the road.
– **Must possess a Class A CDL** with endorsements for doubles/triples.
– **Experience in Tractor Trailers and Blind Backing is essential**, along with navigating in rain and ports.
– We have a **strict no-tolerance policy for DUIs** and reckless violations, ensuring our fleet remains among the safest on the road.
