# QR Test – Join ADS as a Skilled Commercial Driver

**Compensation:** $2.00 Per Mile

## Position Overview
As a crucial member of our fleet, you will primarily drive tractor trailers in local routes within the Southeast region. Your expertise in navigating ports, rain conditions, and handling intermodal containers will be invaluable.
### Responsibilities
– Conduct safe and efficient operations of tractor trailers
– Complete weekly average of 750 miles in predictable and consistent routes
– Manage no-touch freight
– Collaborate with a team grounded in family-owned values
### Must-Have Experience
– **At least 10 years** of driving experience with a minimum of 500,000 miles
– Proven skills in handling tractor trailers under varying weather conditions, including rain
– Hands-on experience with intermodal containers and ports
– Required Endorsements: Doubles/Triples
### Nice-to-Have Experience
– Experience with Box Trucks, Yard Dog operations, forklifts, and other machinery
– Proficiency in maneuvering through rail yards, snow, icy, or mountainous terrains
– Expertise in blind backing
## Qualifications
– Commercial driver’s license (Class A)
– At least 25 years of age
– Clean driving record: No DUIs or reckless violations
– Acceptable accident and violation history
